What are you doing at 5:30 am?

I bet it isn’t anything as crazy as pushing a truck across a parking lot in the rain or bear crawling through the sand.  But those are two of the many workouts I have been doing for almost six weeks now.  Dan of Akron Canton Adventure Boot Camp leads the best workouts I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of.  I am not exaggerating when I tell you, I LOVE IT.  Most mornings, I meet 10-15 incredible women (and Dan, of course) in the most encouraging, upbeat, and fun atmosphere while we literally work our tails off.

I wasn’t so sure about this idea at first.  5:30?  4-5 days a week?  Really!?  But, I have to tell you, I am sold.  It is a fantastic start to each day and every week I know I am getting stronger.

But the best part really is these people.  I have come to love every single one of them.  There is something amazing about doing something you don’t think you’d ever be able to do with ten other women right beside you encouraging you all the way.

I wish I had more (and better lit) pictures to share, but when you are “Working out while the world wakes up,” it’s fairly dark.  😉

    What an amazing idea! I will never be able to get up for a 5:30am workout though. It must take some dedication. Hats off to you and everyone else.
